We have locking bases in cake boxes and secured lid closures preventing the cake from sliding inside the box which is even more critical on uneven surfaces or longer delivery routes. For retail and bakery counter sales, window-top designs are very popular because customers can see decoration details and color work before purchasing. Fully enclosed boxes are often preferred for delivery orders as presentation is done at the destination, not in transit.

Sizes range from small single slice or cupcake style cake boxes, through to large multi tier wedding cake boxes. We can also add cardboard cake boards, separators or handles incorporated into the design for easy carrying. But if you want to protect the frosting and fillings the best, use a grease and moisture resistant coating. This is especially needed for cakes with cream-based or fruit fillings that are more sensitive to temperature and humidity.

Branding options include full color printing, foil accents for celebration and premium cake lines, or kraft finishes for bakeries that want a more natural, handcrafted look. Many bakeries also print care instructions, storage tips or a thank you message on the inside lid or side panels, creating another touchpoint between the bakery and the customer who ordered it.
